Fannie Mae Set to Change Investor Loans
Fannie Mae recently announced forthcoming changes to it’s Investor Loan guidelines that may help take some of the pressure off the bulging real estate property inventory. While it should never be as easy as it was when lenders decided to give money to anyone with a pulse, this is very welcome news for those experienced real estate investors who have been unable to participate in the buyer’s market due to the lack of available credit. By easing some of the stricter regulations, investors may be more able to jump back into the market and buy up part of the supply of bargain-basement rental property currently on the market.
