The Centerpoint Condominiums developers received encouraging news from the bankruptcy court Judge on Wednesday.  Judge James Marler seems to be indicating that he is on the developers side at the end of the bankruptcy court proceedings against investors in the defunct lending firm Mortgages Limited.  The three day hearing in Tucson ended with closing arguments, after which Judge Marler indicated he does not believe the principals at Centerpoint (Tempe Land Co.) intentionally attempted to commit fraud.
