Although it appears as though they will keep most of the Hayden Ferry Lakeside development at Tempe Town Lake, Suncor has disclosed plans to sell the majority of their other housing developments.  We will write updates as more information regarding Hayden Ferry Lakeside is released.  The most recent plans included development of the entire stretch of land from the Mill Avenue bridge to the Rural Road Bridge.  Read the entire Arizona Republic article here.
