As reported in early March, the Downtown Tempe Community was considering a re-use of the Harkins Centerpoint Theaters.  It has now been officially announced.

This promises to be a great addition to the Downtown Tempe Mill Avenue District.  It will also help to create a vitality that has been missing from the Centerpoint area since the Harkins Theaters closed.
