After a conversation that lasted for over an hour with Derek Quizon, the author of a recent article in the Arizona Republic... speaking about everything from statistical data on available condo units to past, present and future and failed development in Downtown, to what makes people want to live in the Downtown Tempe area, the one thing he seemed to glean from that hour was our optimism. While that doesn’t describe the whole story, we are Ok with that.  Why?  Because he got it right.  We are optimistic about Downtown Tempe.
