As you can see, the cosmetic changes are substantial.  The once drab peach flavored exterior paint has now been revitalized with a new color scheme that includes warm earth tones like chocolate brown and eggplant.  On top of that, almost all of the ground surfaces have been either redone or repaired. The driveways have been repaved and new brick pavers have been added.  All of the sidewalks and staircases have been sanded and re-sealed.
