Based upon the number of phone calls and emails we’ve received, it’s clear that the excitement surrounding the West Sixth Tempe rental community is certainly growing.  To keep our clients updated, today the community announced the procurement of a property management company who will steward the property for it’s owner, Zaremba Group.  In connection with that announcement, initial pricing was revealed.  We’ve listed the prices below.  Please note these are the “starting” prices and we are sure that there will be numerous factors effecting the final prices for the apartments.

Studios (Approx. 500+ s.f.) • $945 & up

One Bedrooms (Approx. 625+ s.f.) • $1,175 & up

Two Bedrooms (Approx. 1,000+ s.f.) • $1,550 & up

Three Bedrooms (Approx. 1,100+ s.f.) • $1,995 & up

Leasing is expected to commence at the end of March with occupancy beginning in August of 2011.  Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available.

UPDATE: March 30, 2011 • Unfortunately, we learned today that the West Sixth community WILL NOT be cooperating with real estate agents/brokers. We feel this is a very short sided decision by West Sixth. Since they are so new, their phones are ringing off the hook now, so they don't think they need any real estate help. Therefore, we will not be aiding our clients with leasing at West Sixth. This is a shame since we've been inundated with interested tenants. Of course, we will keep our clients informed of any and all news surrounding the student housing community and feel free to contact us for an unbiased opinion about West Sixth in comparison to other available properties in Downtown Tempe.
