There is no denying that our beloved Downtown Tempe’s main street, Mill Avenue, has taken its share of licks during the current economic downturn. (We’ve written an article or two discussing some of these challenges.) But the one thing that always seems to remain consistent is this equation:

(Mill Avenue = Nightlife)!  While retailers ebb and flow - in and out of downtown, the nightlife always remains. Add in the the new light rail factor, and the potential for growth is exponential.
