The distinctive fifteen unit development that created its home along Roosevelt & Sixth Street in Downtown Tempe a couple of years ago has been (or is almost) sold to an out of state investment group.  This should come as great news to all of those modern design enthusiasts who loved the Baldinger Studio design, but hated the prices.  As with the other developments which have been purchased at bulk rate, bargain prices, (See Hayden Ferry Lakeside) we expect the remaining eleven lofts to be available for sale very soon at more “buyer-friendly”, current market pricing.  (Call us for more info on where we expect the pricing to be.)
