Ok, we were never giant fans of the name to start with, so it is with a little bit of pleasure that we let the world know that “Tempe Urban Living”- the development tucked away in the Riverside/Sunset District on Roosevelt South of 5th Street, has now become the Skye|15|Lofts or just Skye 15 Lofts.  While the new name seems way too über cool and a little reminiscent of the real estate bubble, it is still better than the previous name-- Tempe Urban Living.  That was like naming a retail store “Mill Avenue Shopping”!  What is that?

Anyway, the new investor purchased the 15 unit development (see previous article here) and has started the process of re-selling the final 11 homes that are still available.  Prices start at $198,000 for one bedrooms and the two bedrooms are in the mid $200’s.  Names aside, these are some very cool spaces.
