Centerpoint Condos Sold For Real, Promise
Just in case you’ve been living under a rock and haven’t heard the news, the Centerpoint Condominium development has officially been sold. We know this was announced on our Blog a while back (see Here) but then, we also announced that the sale had hit a snag (See Here). Well, this time, it’s sold. Honest. For reals. No take-backs. Promise.
So, instead of regurgitating all of the fine details, we’ve provided links to the many articles already written that reveal the long hoped for Tempe sale. The original buyer, the Zaremba Group, still plans on converting the high rise towers into high end rentals with occupancy planned for late Summer 2011. Assuming they make the property available to us helpful Realtors to lease, we’ll be adding all the new information regarding pricing, availability, etc. to the new web site here-- so stay tuned:
